THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO; (January 12, 2015) The Boards of Directors of Tribal Power Corp. and Bending Power Corp. are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding which outlines the formation of an Alliance to bring up to 1000 Megawatts of renewable energy power to northern Ontario, specifically to the Bending Lake Iron Ore project and the "Ring of Fire" resource region.
Mission of the Tribal Power Corp. and Bending Power Corp. Alliance is to provide up to 1000 Megawatts of power to the Bending Lake iron ore project, power to the indigenous First Nation's local communities, numerous mining camps and the "Ring of Fire" resource development projects, north of Dryden, Ontario. The MOU outlines how the parties will co-ordinate their efforts to develop timely clean energy solutions to advance the northern Ontario renewable energy government projects.
NEW JOBS, NEW OPPORTUNITIES:
It is the intent of the Alliance to facilitate the efficient and timely execution of the construction of the numerous renewable energy projects with assistance from local skills and manpower. These renewable energy programs will open up new jobs opportunities and renewable energy technology training for the local communities.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The MOU establishes the intent to develop a plan outlining the respective roles and responsibilities of each party in the contract negotiations, financial planning, technical design, planning, development, and execution of numerous renewable energy projects to be undertaken.
